Coffee purchased directly from farmers in Haraaz according to our ‘FairValue Coffee Purchasing System’, in the form of dried
coffee cherries. It is traceable to the Sharqi Haraaz sub region, where we manage various collection centers that typically receive coffee from the cluster of villages around them. The coffee is dry-processed in our mill in Sana’a.
Haraaz-Fresh
Coffee purchased directly from farmers in Haraaz according to our ‘FairValue Coffee Purchasing System’ in the form of fresh coffee cherries. It is traceable to the Sharqi Haraaz sub region, where we manage various collection centers that typically receive coffee from the cluster of villages around them. The coffee is dried on raised beds under controlled conditions and subsequently dry-processed in our mill in Sana’a.
Haraaz-RED
Coffee purchased directly from farmers in Haraaz according to our ‘FairValue Coffee Purchasing System’ in the form of fresh coffee cherries. It is traceable to the Sharqi Haraaz sub region, where we manage various collection centers that typically receive coffee from the cluster of villages around them. From this lot, the ripe red cherries are separated and dried on raised beds under controlled conditions. The coffee is dry-processed in our mill in Sana’a. The beans from these ripe cherries is offered as Haraaz-RED.
